Your Impact and Mission:

Create, improve, test, and maintain our web monetization products and assets
Take part in innovative challenges, POC of new opportunities
Manage end-to-end product projects, direct work with relevant business teams
Have a direct and immediate impact on business results via technological improvements!
Take part in A/B testing, trying new concepts and growing the existing verticals
Our main technologies - Node.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, MySQL, GCP, Kubernetes.

Your Experience and Skills:

3+ years’ experience in full stack web development of various products, preferably in small-medium companies
Work experience with Node.js, Vue / React
Strong understanding of relational databases, including planning and designing tables.
Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, innovative thinking
Multi tasker, ability to work in a high paced environment & meet deadlines.
Highly independent, fast learner & self-motivated
Team player, fun to work with!

 Nice to have:

Familiarity with the online advertising world - a huge plus!

You will:

The role includes both technical and managerial responsibilities, leading a team of 5 developers (initially) and hands-on work. Work closely with the product managers and establish a strong interface with the business teams:
Play an active role in shaping product strategy based on what’s technically possible (and sometimes, find creative ways to make the impossible possible).
meet our business goals from an engineering standpoint.
Develop software components end-to-end, leading major features in Intango’s large scale, highly distributed solution.
Handle complex challenges, large-scale, and high-performance requirements to extend our system’s efficiency and capabilities, and always make it better!
Constantly re-invent and improve our infrastructures and our engineers.


Your Experience and Skills:

At least 6 years experience developing complex systems, preferably with Java and Angular\ React
Proven experience as a Team Leader of 5 engineers; Track record of leading and growing a team including hiring, onboarding, and professional development. 
Delivery oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and short release cycles.
Experience implementing tools, processes, internal instrumentation, methodologies, testing practices and resolving blockage. 
Proven experience with relational and non-relational DBs.
Ability to write high-performance, maintainable, reusable code and designs.
Independent, curious, and autodidact with excellent problem-solving skills.
Team player with excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
 Nice to have:

Experience with Hibernate/JPA or similar.
Experience in an online company.

Analyze large data sets from various sources and characterize new trends.
Use statistical analysis to extract insights from multiple data sources.
Develop and maintain data quality and data management processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. 
Lead data-related projects and mentor other team members
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven insights and recommendations.

Your Experience and Skills:

BA / BSc in Math/Statistics/Information Systems or other quantitative fields
Substantial industry experience as a Data Analyst
High level of SQL 
Strong experience in Python scripting
Excellent analytical skill
Strong ownership, well organized, self-learner, and a team player! 

Advantages:

Experience with big data and distributed computing (BigQuery/Presto/etc.)
Hands-on experience in BI tools (PowerBI or Tableau)
