a. IndyDevs provides profiles of talented developers, but we do not endorse or verify their skills, qualifications, or claims.

Job Board
a. IndyDevs may feature job listings from members of our network and external companies, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of these positions.
b. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting job opportunities that match their preferences and qualifications.

Events and Social Media
a. IndyDevs organizes events and maintains social media channels for networking purposes. Participation in events is voluntary, and we are not liable for any incidents that may occur.
b. Content shared on social media channels is the responsibility of the users who post it.

Advice and Freelance Assistance
a. Any advice or guidance provided by IndyDevs is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.
b. IndyDevs may offer administrative assistance for freelance work, but users remain responsible for their business decisions and legal compliance.

a. IndyDevs is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
