We are in search of a Mobile Team Leader who not only has a robust background in mobile application development but also possesses a deep understanding and appreciation of JavaScript and its pivotal role in modern web and mobile development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a mobile development team, ensuring the delivery of user-centric mobile applications that leverage the latest in JavaScript technologies to meet market demands and offer an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, primarily using JavaScript-based frameworks such as React Native, embodying the ubiquity and flexibility of JavaScript in creating cross-platform solutions.
Work collaboratively with product managers and designers, using your JavaScript expertise to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
Champion best practices in JavaScript coding standards, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the team.
Stay abreast of the latest JavaScript trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to guide the team in adopting new tools and methodologies that enhance application performance and development efficiency.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with React Native and a strong foundation in native development frameworks, underscored by a comprehensive understanding of JavaScript and its importance in the development ecosystem.
Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, backend technologies (preferably Node.JS), and the ability to apply these concepts effectively in a JavaScript-centric development environment.
Proficiency in unit testing, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices, and the ability to ensure quality and reliability of the applications through JavaScript testing frameworks.
Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills, with the capability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
