A cloud-native infrastructure startup backed by tier-one VCs and software executives that has raised over $20 million is in search of a highly skilled and passionate VP R&D with extensive experience in deep tech who will lead the company's engineering group, collaborate with the executive team, and define the R&D strategy and methodologies. 

The Ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications -
- Managerial experience in managing and scaling R&D teams in a successful early-stage startup (Preferably Round A).
- Experience from a B2D / Cloud / Cyber Security / Kubernetes startup
- Experience in building high-performance successful products
- Strong technical background
- Vast Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cloud-native technologies background - Bonus
