**Responsibilities:**

As a Senior Backend/Fullstack Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our development process, contributing across all phases, including feature planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Ownership:** Take ownership of the system, ensuring the infrastructure and key features are production-ready.

- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with the engineering team to deliver frequent and high-quality features.

- **CI/CD:** Utilize CI/CD pipelines to ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of features.

**Requirements:**

To excel in this role, you should bring:

- **Experience:** 7+ years of web development experience.

- **Backend Expertise:** Strong experience in backend technologies, preferably Python.

- **Frontend Proficiency:** Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern UI framework, preferably React.

- **Collaborative Approach:** A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, capable of working independently when needed.

- **Best Practices:** Familiarity with software engineering best practices and methodologies, including testing, code reviews, and clean code.

- **Technological Familiarity:** Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage: GCP, Django, React Native.
