*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Red Team Operations Team
Lead to join our cybersecurity team in TLV. In this role, you will lead and
manage a team of red team operators which performing advanced cyber-attacks
to identify vulnerabilities and enhance Porscheโs security posture. You
will play a key role in developing and executing sophisticated attack
scenarios, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other security
teams to ensure comprehensive security assessments.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Leadership & Management:*
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of red team professionals,
fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee red team exercises, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals and security strategies based on
OKR.
- Manage team resources, including assigning tasks, setting
priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of assessments and reports.
- *Red Team Operations:*
- Design and execute advanced hacking campaigns, including phishing,
network exploitation, and onsitesecurity testing.
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and
applications, simulating tactics used by adversaries.
- Develop and maintain a library of attack techniques, tools, and
methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of red team operations.
- *Collaboration & Communication:*
- Collaborate with blue team and incident response teams to develop
realistic attack scenarios and improve detection and response
capabilities.
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders,
including technical teams and executive leadership, in a clear and
actionable manner.
- Provide detailed debriefs and reports on red team engagements,
including technical analysis, risk assessments, and remediation guidance.
- Ability to conduct research, contributing in the open source
community, publish articles and presenting in conferences are highly
advanced
- *Continuous Improvement:*
- Stay current with the latest threat intelligence, attack
techniques, and cybersecurity trends to ensure red team operations remain
cutting-edge.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to
improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the red team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the
team.
*Qualifications:*
- *Education & Experience:*
- Bachelorโs degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- *Must have prior experience in a leadership or team lead role* within
a red team or similar environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on
red team operations, penetration testing, or offensive security.
- *Technical Skills:*
- *Experience in OT security* and *cyber research capabilities* are
essential.
- In-depth understanding of network based attacks especially in
windows domains.
- Proficiency in various attack techniques, tools, and technologies
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and
security architectures.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
to develop custom tools and automate attack scenarios.
- *Language Skills:*
- English - fluent
- Proficiency in *German is an advantage.*
- *Soft Skills:*
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
